Breaking the confusions, IRCC(Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) has issued new guidelines for Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and Permanent Residence (PR) visa holders and has granted relief to immigrants with expired COPR and PR visa.   As per IRCC’s latest policy, Individuals with expired COPR and PR Visa are allowed to travel to Canada.
